Delivery of Services
Services offered by Research-Says may be delivered online or in person, depending on the nature of the program and the format selected at the time of purchase.
Live group courses take place on the scheduled start date. Editing services begin after document submission and payment confirmation. Digital materials are made available immediately after payment. No physical products are shipped.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Live Group Courses
If enrollment occurs more than 7 days before the course start date, cancellation is permitted up to 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund.
If enrollment occurs within 7 days of the course start date, the registration is final and non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the start date, no refund is issued. A one-time transfer to the next available cohort may be requested before the first session, subject to availability.
Editing Services
Editing begins once the document is received. After work has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.
Digital Products
For products that provide immediate access upon payment, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
Refund Processing
Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Technical & Participation Responsibility
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring appropriate technical access for online sessions.
For in-person sessions, participants are responsible for attending at the agreed location and time.
