Refunds & Digital Products FAQs

1. Can I return a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access, downloadable materials, and online course content), digital goods are generally non-returnable once access has been granted.

2. Are refunds available?

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Technical access problems that cannot be resolved
  • Accidental duplicate payments
  • A material discrepancy between the purchased service and the service actually delivered (e.g., live lessons purchased but only pre-recorded content provided).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

3. What about live courses or mentoring programs?
  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days prior to the course start date are subject to approval and may be limited depending on cohort enrollment status.
  • As group programs are structured around fixed participant numbers, late withdrawals may affect course viability and group balance.
  • Once sessions have commenced, refunds are evaluated based on participation and services already delivered.

5. How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking institution.
