Terms, Refunds & Distance Sales Agreement

2. Scope of Services

Research-Says provides digital educational products, live online courses, mentoring services, and language instruction. These services are delivered either online or in person. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Digital Products Policy

Digital products include downloadable materials, recorded lessons, and online course content with immediate access.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once access has been granted,products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Technical access issues that cannot be resolved
  • Accidental duplicate payment

4. Live Courses & Mentoring

Live group courses operate with fixed participant numbers and scheduled start dates.

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days before the course start date may be considered.
  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the start date are subject to approval depending on cohort enrollment status.
  • Once sessions have commenced, refunds are evaluated based on participation and services already delivered.

These policies ensure group stability and prevent disruption to structured learning programs.

5. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and banking institution.

6. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely via authorised payment providers. Digital materials are delivered immediately after successful payment. Live courses begin on their scheduled start dates.

7. Consumer Protection Compliance

Research-Says operates in accordance with Turkish consumer protection and distance selling regulations.

8. Romanian Course Disclaimer

The Romanian course offered by Research-Says is provided solely as preparation for the B1 Romanian language examination.

Any document issued by Research-Says confirming participation in or completion of the course is not an official language proficiency certificate, is not issued by a government authority, and cannot replace certificates issued by officially accredited institutions.

Enrollment in the course does not guarantee passing any official language examination or obtaining citizenship, residency, or any other legal status.
